It has been my privilege to know Richard Crotts III since his childhood, and to see him develop into the servant that he is today. I consider it a great honor to lend my voice of endorsement to him as you consider adding him to your family of missionaries.

Richard has always exhibited an eagerness to serve, without hesitation, especially in tasks that others might shrink from. I have never known him to be afraid of physical labor, or of stepping outside of his comfort zone. This is a tremendous asset in Papua New Guinea. As a younger man, the dear folks in PNG treated him as one of their own. Indeed, his upbringing on the mission field has enabled him to serve not just as a missionary, but as a preacher and church planter among the people he loves.
